A: We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Kids age 12 to 17 years old
Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
9:30am to 11:30am AND 4pm to 7pm - Adults 18+ AND Senior

Q: How Old do I have to be to join the Gym?
A: You can train from the age of 12. We have different training times for different age groups being:
- Kids age 12 to 17 years old – Fixed times
- Adults 18+ Senior – Any time 24/7
Q: Am I tied into a contract?
A: At Longridge Community Gym we have a exclusive range of best priced memberships that are non-contracted. You can also make a significant saving by paying for 11 months in one go and get 1 month free
Q: Is there a cancellation notice period?
A: We require a month’s notice to cancel any membership. This starts from the time you notify us. Please notify us by email info@longridgecommunitygym.co.uk
Q: The price seems low, what’s the catch?
A: There really is no catch, we will give you some of the best facilities in the area at the lowest prices by removing the things you don’t use and giving you more of the things you want. Don’t be fooled by the price, We are still a premium fitness experience with amazing equipment and classes.
Q: What equipment do you have at Longridge Community Gym?
A: The equipment at Longridge Community Gym has been very carefully chosen to give to the greatest fitness experience possible. The majority of the equipment is supplied by Life Fitness, who are world renowned and have a tremendous reputation amongst the fitness industry for innovation and design. Examples are treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and concept 2 rowers
Q: What else do you have?
A: The club also has a free weights area, exercise studio, a spinning area and a functional training zone containing TRX, Kettlebells, VIPRS, Bosu balls, and much more
Q: Will i get shown how to use the equipment?
A: Yes of course, all members will be offered a free induction onto the equipment should they require and there will always be onsite assistance from the staff or personal trainers
Q: Do I have to book for classes?
A: For all classes you must book through APP as spaces are limited due to popularity of the classes, however if certain classes reach capacity, you can book on to the waiting list so if a member cancels you will be first in the queue and will receive an email to confirm booking
Q: Is there a car park?
A: Yes. There is a large car park at the front of the gym, and then we have a massive overflow car park at the side of the building
Q: Is there staff on duty at Longridge Community Gym?
A:Absolutely. There is always someone here to help you, the same as in a premium priced gym as well as our highly qualified personal trainers who will also be on hand and happy to assist
Q: Do you have personal trainers at Longridge Community Gym?
A: Yes, we have some of the finest in the business on hand to give you expert advice on how to achieve your goals. They are all highly qualified and have a wealth of experience in helping members get the most noticeable results out of their time in the gym
Q: Do you have changing rooms?
A: Yes. The changing areas have lockers, showers and hair dryers for members to use. There are also plug points for members who wish to bring their own hair dryers or straighteners
